Awesome dressings are the key to healthy eating. Simple and quick to prepare, they jazz up any meal. This is a favorite that transitions easily between salad dressing, dip, or drizzled on pretty much anything.
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 of mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 TBSP honey or other sweetener
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 3 cup oil ( I prefer grape seed)
- Blend first 7 ingredients in blender, then slowly drizzle in oil while with blender on medium speed to emulsify.
